Conditions...
Ordering:
Orders are only deemed as accepted once we
confirm that the customers requirements can be
met entirely to their satisfaction. Where it is
not possible to recreate a design to the exact
specification, an alternative may be suggested -
only upon acceptance will the order be deemed as live
and payment will be taken.
We require all details to be forwarded for
style, colour, fabrics, quantities, sizes and
decoration.
Once garments have been manufactured or
customised to order specifications, the goods
cannot be exchanged or altered.
The reproduction of designs, logos or artwork by
FYEP
is only carried out on the express condition,
and it is assumed that, you either own or have
full authority and permission to reproduce the
item from the holder of the relevant Copyright
or Trademark.
Unless invoiced any origination created through
the supply of artwork shall remain the property
of FYEP.
As goods are made to order normal delivery
guidelines are 2-3 weeks from receipt of order
or payment. However, made to order 'garments'
(not the decoration) may take up to 8 weeks to
produce. This is a standard delivery time within
the textile industry. As prices from our
suppliers are subject to change it may be
necessary to inform you should this occur also
occasionally items are discontinued by the
manufacturer, in this instance
FYEP
will endeavour to find a suitable alternative
and will advise you accordingly. Delivery dates
will be confirmed upon receipt of order.
Carriage:
On
single & postable items ordered from our
print or design department, carriage will be
charged at recorded first class postage costs
plus packing. Orders up to £250 (excluding VAT) will be
charged at £10.00. Orders over £250 (excluding
VAT) will be carriage free. Any shortages or
damages should be reported in writing within 7
days of receipt of delivery.
Samples:
Samples are available undecorated, these items
will be invoiced plus carriage. If the goods are
returned in the same condition within 14 days,
or within an agreed timescale, the invoice will
be cancelled.
Quality:
FYEP
take great care to ensure the highest quality of
garments and materials are used for all orders.
However, due to the nature of processes such as
heat printing or screen printing, incorrect
washing can cause damage to both the garment and
the decoration, therefore do not iron directly
onto the print (iron reverse side). All products
supplied should be washed or cleaned in
accordance with the washing instructions
provided on the garment label. FYEP
will accept no responsibility if instructions
are not followed precisely. Genuinely faulty
items will be replaced or a credit note issued.
Specification:
Sizes, measurements and descriptions of goods
are for guidance only and
FYEP
cannot guarantee absolute consistency of size,
material, proportion, colour or shade.
Returned Goods:
All sales are final. We do not trade on a sale
or return basis. We do accept returns to
undecorated items subject to the following
conditions being met:
Proof of purchase.
All item(s) must be returned in perfect
condition, original packaging, not processed &
unwashed. We do not allow item(s) to be returned
if worn.
We retain the right to refuse returned item(s)
should we deem them to be unsuitable for resale.
Printed goods will not be accepted back for
returns under any circumstances.
Goods cannot be returned after 14 days from date
of receipt.
The customer is liable for return postage, and
we will not refund any carriage charges.
If your item(s) are received back subject to the
above conditions being met and you are due a
refund, you will receive a full refund less the
cost of carriage and a restocking fee of £5.00
per order. This will be waived in the event of
the goods being found to be originally faulty.
We reserve the right to send any returned
item(s) for indepedent extensive laboratory
testing, the results of which will give a full
report as to whether any garment had original
defects, or being faulty due to customer abuse
(for example, washing instructions not being
followed correctly). The above do not affect
your statutory rights.
